Frequently asked questions Archos mp3 player and Rhapsody...?

Hello.
I just recently got a new Archos mp3 player, on the box it says that it works with Rhapsody. I have an account and subscription to Rhapsody, and i can't figure out how to authorize my new device. I right click on "Archos Key (E:)"

Answer I'm having same problem with the archos vision 3. The computer will recognize it but when I log onto Rhapsody it doesn't.
