I just bought the 32 gb zen x-fi, and returned it after 3 days.
The UI was a joke & hard to navigate. The software that came with it?...
As soon as I opened the box and turned my player on- it was stuck in lock mode. There has been no button, including the off button that I could use...
I tried to like this player but alas, here is a list of serious complaints:
- Build quality: awful, the casing began coming apart...
