I have an insignia pilot mp3 player 4gb and when I download videos the video plays faster than the music?

I have an insignia ef="/Insignia/insignia-pilot-mp3/">pilot 4gb. And I downloaded videos from vdownloader, it worked fine. I lost my arc-soft converter so I had to download one off of cnet I think. Well when I put it on my mp3 the video goes faster than the music way faster.Hellllllpp
