Insignia stopped making MP3 players, so writing this review is not going to light anyone much good, but I can only hope they Insignia decides to start making MP3 players again. I love this MP3 player better than any other I've ever had.

My criteria for an MP3 player were simple.

    I wanted:

    0. This is not an I-Pod!

    1. A large screen shows ID3 tag with the length of the song, the position of the song, and other important data in use.

    2. Navigation is simple and direct songs, playlists and menus.

    3. Bluetooth headset support.

4.Standardized mini USB connection, no cables to connect to specialized computer or charge.

    5. Expandable

    6. Long battery life, rechargeable and user replaceable.

    7. The most important! Ability to fast forward or scan through a podcast 3:00 easily. It does so with great ease, I've never found another MP3 player that was sweeping forward, backward or to seek a location in an MP3 so easy.
