Frequently asked questions how do I fix my Insignia IS-DVD1001 DVD Recorder / VCR Combo?

About 1 month ago, it stopped playing DVD's. Does anyone know how I can fix it or what could be wrong with it.
I cleaned the lens and it still won't play any dvd's but it will play cd's. I've read the product reviews on this player and it is not
