Frequently asked questions Insignia Digital Keychain will not connect?

I plug my keychain into usb port and it says it is connecting, At this point nothing else happens. According to instructions computer should open with a picture downloading program. I am running XP and need some advice?

Answer Try viewing the key chain with windows explorer and you should see three files. Copy the Image Viewer 4 program to your desktop and run it from there.

Put pictures that you want on the key chain in your C:\My Documents\My Pictures fol
