    Dell Thunder prototype Preview

    Hardware: When Santa Claus comes our two units, he forgot to put the lid back on one or the other, but even so, the Thunder is a sleek, sexy beast. Completely chrome curved sides make it feel like an original iPhone in hand but with fully embedded hardware buttons that give the handset a touch of class and a beautiful curved glass screen. The top houses a full size 3.5mm headphone jack, while the bottom has a pair of speaker wire, but strong and a micro USB port for charging, and both surfaces are covered with soft-touch plastic, which makes for a pleasant solitary landscape taken by pinching sides between our index and thumb. Inside the rear of the unit is one of the most logical routes that we have seen, both with a microSD card slot and SIM fully accessible without removing the easily hot-swappable 3.7V, 1400 mAh. In addition, cuts to demonstrate either side of the rear cover is slid, rather than forced off.Last but not least, there is a rear-facing camera 8 megapixels with autofocus and 4x digital zoom and a flash of light right one LED within the camera module. Although the power and the camera buttons were stiff and difficult to push and there was relatively little visible seams, light leaks, these things usually get tight (or loose, if any) any more close to production.
