ipod classic saying go to ipod website for support but no luck!!!!!!!!!!!! Help!?
My ipod classic keeps on saying go to ipod website for support but I have had no luck even though I have followed every step including turning it off and charging it case battery is low. I really need it to work. Please help

Inexpensive Kensington LiquidAUX Deluxe Auxiliary Car Kit with Remote for iPod; iPhone 1G, 3G
I was looking forward to this dock for my iPhone to use in my 2005 Nissan Armada. Previously, I had been using cables running from an iPhone dock to food (via the accessory in the Armada of the console) and audio output ( 1 / 8 "mini stereo auxiliary input cable on the console). This worked fine, even if the dock and the phone would fall on sharp turns.
I plugged the LiquidAUX Deluxe to catch without difficulty, although in the Armada, the socket is recessed about 1.5 more profound than the rest of the console, so the back of the cradle has been almost touch some of the console control buttons (such as climate control). I noticed that the cradle was a bit top heavy, and driving around, especially on certain bumps, caused a power in the bycatch disconnect intermittently, so the music has stopped playing, the iPhone has stopped charging, until I shook the connection to restore power. Sometimes, the dock would all pivot 90 degrees because of the weight up.
