I just bought a new phone, the Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant for T-Mobile. I'm thinking whether I should sell my like new ipod touch. I don't want to have to carry two big things. Only reason is that my ipod touch has an armband right now for my work out and

Answer I wouldn't. Even though you have a phone, i would use ur ipod for workouts. They have a nike workout where it tells you how far you ran, calories you lost, average pace, etc. I would keep it.

    Motivated by gear

    Few things are more motivating for me to buy something again, I want to use with my purchase and play right away. This makes a wonderful funk-shifter to work because when you buy new running or exercise accessories that you have to actually perform the test.

    Cue my morning run to break in some running gear, I bought while in the States. I set my alarm for half an hour later than normal because I did not read until the end. When I actually went out the door, I was only about 15-20 minutes to run.

    My pace was slippery, so I decided a mile was enough for today.I am proud to have woken up early to run and pass myself off again after a break of two weeks during the holidays.

    Some new gear:

    Saucony ProGrid Triumph 7 running shoes

    Packet pickup for my 5K in Lexington was located at local running shop Run-John's Walk and Shop. I actually had never been in a store dedicated to the race, so my feet were watched by an employee to see if my current shoes have done a good job for me.
