Will a Zune HD work on a Logitech dock?I am trying to decide between getting an ipod touch or Microsoft Zune HD but my old dock that I currently use with my ipod nano...Will the same dock work for the Zune?
NOPE. Microsoft and Apple uses different proprietary connecters you are out of luck.
Unboxing the v2 Zune Dock Pack Got Zune
Many people become very excited about the new tablet interface for Windows 8. Based on the interface tube first time in their media player Zune, then upgraded to Windows Phone, he seems to have received almost universal praise.
Some current research indicates that Windows is the operating system most people want on their mobile devices too, perhaps because of the ability to run their favorite programs, perhaps out of familiarity. We can be sure that whatever the outcome of the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas next January will be flooded with 8 tablets Windows, Microsoft will make sure of that.Windows 8 tablets will then be a strong challenger for Android, RIM and HP may not be so Apple.
Or will it be? You see, I always found it interesting that people say they prefer to have Windows on a mobile device than any other operating system. People have applications on their computers and they not only get used to using them, but all their data is there too, usually enclosed in a proprietary format. So is it true that Windows 8 tablets will take off, or is it more likely that Windows 8 will be more popular on the convertible devices?

This product proved to be such a solution for my problem. I have an earlier model of Bose SoundDock which works only with iPods and does not have an input for an external device. When I needed a small but good quality sound system to go with my DLP projector, my best option seemed like going for another Bose or JBL iPod dock with an external input connection, which seemed like a waste of money. And then I came across this product in Amazon. There were only two reviews for this product at the time, and both were favourable. I took a chance and ordered it. The product arrived earlier than the expected delivery date, and was in perfect condition. I played the Sound Dock first with the regular iPod connection, and then with this product, and I really couldn't tell the difference! I am quite finicky about the way my audio system sounds, and I tried different types of songs and music, but still no difference! Both sound exactly the same! Now I can use my old Bose SoundDock as the audio system for my projector, and it works with all kinds of AV players. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this product. It proved to be a very simple and effective solution to a potentially big problem. 6 of 6 people found the following review helpful. Just what I needed! By Karen Veith I looked everywhere--Best Buy, Radio Shack, computer stores, etc. for such a cable---all told me there was no such thing. But I found it here, and it works great. Now I can play my generic mp3 player on any Ipod device. Cool! 4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. cable never worked! By L. Hollingsworth This cable would not work with any ipod interface no matter what I tried. I contacted the Seller who promised a replacement but the replacement cable has yet to arrive. If I ever get a working cable, I would be happy to re-review. See all 16 customer reviews...
