    I bought the Square Trade warranties on two iPod Touch I bought last summer, eBay. Both have been renovated, and both stopped working within a couple of weeks of each other. Square Trade has sent mailers to send their units, which provided the units reached safely. They were very quick to get back to me the problem was caused by corrosion damage liquid, which does not cover.When I explained that we were very careful with the units and they had not been exposed to spills, they told me they see this much in the renovated units. Even if the damage is not covered, since I had two units that have been guaranteed, they offered to refund the purchase price of any units. I was very happy with that, as under the terms of guarantee they do not need to do. They had money in my Paypal account very quickly. I bought another iPod touch yesterday, and another Square Trade warranty to go with it.
