yes you can play the latest games but the in built 400W SMPS will not do for a high power GeForce 9800GT graphics card which has separate power supply connector

HDTV Expert - Product Review: Mitsubishi HC9000 Diamond 3D Projector
While 3D TVs have been available for over a year, the first crop of 3-D headlamps are now shipping. The models I am aware of the use is Digital Light Processing (DLP) or liquid crystal on silicon technology (LCoS) imaging, and all are designed to work with active glasses, except CF3D 15000 $ LG, who works with passive glasses.
HC9000D Mitsubishi has been developing for much of the year, and I had the chance to see it at the prototype stage a few times before this review.These earlier versions were underpowered, rendering 3D images projected that unusually dark.
Now, Mitsubishi has begun shipping a chassis completely powered by interesting bells and whistles inside. It comes with a power zoom, focus and lens shift, more gamma correction and a multi-stage infrared transmitter with two positions for the synchronization of its active glasses.
