The C3 features a sensor unnecessarily higher resolution than previous models, the displacement of about 14 to 16 megapixels. It is not, however, the same 16 megapixel sensor that is found in older models such as SLT-A55.At least the picture quality does not suffer from the increased resolution, and given the different sensors in the C3 and NEX-5, the photos look surprisingly similar, even at high ISO speeds.
